The tartness of elderberry is balanced by the sweetness of strawberry, redcurrant, blackberry, and raspberry, creating a complex and delicious infusion. Enjoy this tea hot or iced for a burst of natural berry goodness.

Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 100°C (212°F). Add 2 grams of tea per 240 ml of water. Steep for 3-5 minutes. Milk and sugar complement the flavor of this blend.
