Our Sage Rubbed tea is a distinctly aromatic and savory herbal infusion made from dried, rubbed sage leaves. It offers a strong, earthy, and herbaceous flavor with a characteristic pungent aroma. Known for its potential digestive and soothing properties, sage tea is a comforting and flavorful beverage.

Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 100°C (212°F). Add 2-3 grams of rubbed sage leaves per 240 ml of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
