Experience the traditional ritual of Pu Erh tea with our Mini Tuo Cha. These small, bird-nest shaped Pu Erh teas are crafted through a process of fermentation and compression, resulting in a rich, earthy flavor profile. Following the traditional Chinese tea ceremony, it is recommended to "wash" the tea first by briefly steeping and discarding the initial infusion. Subsequently, brew for 1-2 minutes to release the tea's full flavor. We recommend using 2-3 mini tuo cha per liter of water for optimal enjoyment.
Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 95°C (203°F). Rinse the mini tuo cha with hot water and discard the rinse. Add 2-3 mini tuo cha per 1 liter of water. Steep for 1-2 minutes. Pu Erh can be re-steeped multiple times, with each infusion revealing new nuances of flavor. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
