Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 85°C (185°F). Add 3 grams of loose leaf tea per 240 ml of water. Steep for 3-4 minutes. Oolong tea can be re-steeped multiple times, with each infusion revealing subtle changes in flavor. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
