Our Green Mint tea is a simple and refreshing herbal infusion made from pure spearmint leaves. It offers a cool, crisp, and gently sweet minty flavor. Naturally caffeine-free and known for its soothing properties, this tea is perfect for a refreshing beverage any time of day.

Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 100°C (212°F). Add 2-3 grams of dried spearmint leaves per 240 ml of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
