Our Lemon Balm tea is a gentle and soothing herbal infusion made from dried lemon balm leaves. It offers a delicate lemon-like aroma and flavor with a subtle herbal sweetness. Known for its calming and relaxing properties, lemon balm tea is perfect for unwinding and promoting a sense of tranquility.

Brewing Instructions: Heat fresh, filtered water to 100°C (212°F). Add 2-3 grams of dried lemon balm leaves per 240 ml of water. Steep for 5-7 minutes. Enjoy without milk or sugar.
